What It Does

Getting Started

Add a Contact

  1. Navigate to People in the left sidebar
  2. Click the + button in the top-right corner
  3. Enter the contact's name, email, phone, and company
  4. Add any relevant tags or custom fields
  5. Click Save — the contact is now in your CRM

Manage a Deal Pipeline

  1. Go to Opportunities in the sidebar
  2. Switch to Kanban view to see stages visually
  3. Click + to create a new deal — set the name, value, and stage
  4. Link the deal to a company and contact
  5. Drag cards between stages as the deal progresses
  6. Close a deal by moving it to Won or Lost

Log an Interaction

  1. Open a contact or company record
  2. Click the Timeline tab
  3. Click + Note or + Task
  4. Add details about the call, meeting, or follow-up
  5. Save — the interaction is now logged on the record's timeline
